Caroline MayGarden design is a second career for me, having previously spent many years working as a Buyer for Harrods. Initially, I gained the RHS Certificate of Horticulture and then worked at Chenies Manor House Gardens in Hertfordshire. These are open to the public and here I learnt a great deal about propogation and the art of low maintenance.

Following this, I built up my plant knowledge working at a local nursery and garden centre before turning my focus to design. I studied at Capel Manor College, gaining qualifications in both Garden Design and Landscape Construction before setting up my business in 2002.
