Initial Consultation
This first meeting allows Caroline to visit the site and discuss the client's ideas
in depth. Following this, a detailed brief is draw up and submitted with a quote
for the Design Fee.

Site Survey
Next a full survey and analysis of the site is carried out, including all
measurements and levels, site observations and soil testing. For larger projects,
a professional surveyor may be instructed. Work can then begin on the design.

Outline Proposal
The outline design is presented to the client, illustrated by sketch drawings and
photos. Suggestions for materials, plants, lighting and other features are
discussed at this stage.

Final Plans
The final scaled plan is drawn up, together with planting plans, lighting design,
construction drawings and specifications for contractors.

Project Management
Caroline will assist in engaging a landscape company for the construction work
and will oversee the project through to completion.
